What is the Anger Management group?
The Anger Management group is designed for adults who struggle to control anger in their life. When anger is the go to reactive response a person uses regularly, it can impact relationships, the workplace, team environments and with children. It can also impact how the person views themselves. Anger also impacts a persons health and can have serious consequences.
Length of the event
Format: Online via Zoom
Frequency: Every 4 weeks
Length: 2 hours
Group Type: Open group (attend any session that interests you)
Facilitators: Traci is a qualified Counsellor, Sexologist and Clinical Supervisor
First Session: Tuesday 25th August @ 6pm
