It’s almost here!

This is a 4 hour workshop held over two weeks, where you will learn how to go from either being passive or aggressive, to being assertive.

The skills you learn can be used in any environment, such as:

• Intimate relationships
• With family
• At work
• With friends

Included will be additional content around:

• Automatic responses to triggers
• What Assertiveness really is
• Values
• Boundaries
• Permission Thinking
• The Assertiveness process

Week 1: Tuesday 9th December

Week 2: Tuesday 16th December

Times: 5:30pm to 7:30pm (Vic time)

Total amount for all 4 hours = $99 incl gst

**To obtain a certificate of attendance, you need to attend both sessions in full.

• The workshop with be online via Zoom.
• Please ensure you have a secure internet connection and a private space where you will be able to talk freely.
• It is best to have access to a computer and not a phone or hand held device.
